We are teaming up with the DIO to hold a series of Customer
Engagement forums. We meet with families and welfare organisations
so we can tailor our services to better meet their needs as well as
improve our services. This engagement is instrumental in ensuring
we are successful and our customers feedback is of great value and
importance to us.
