Helpdesk telephone issues

We are currently experiencing some issues with our telephone system, affecting calls to our Helpdesk. Our technical team is currently working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.



Delay in Band for Charge letter delivery to new Move-in Occupants
Unfortunately there has been a delay in Band for Charge letter delivery process. We encountered unexpected technical problems in the process of preparing the letters for new Move-In occupants. We are currently taking steps in order to get all the letters prepared and delivered as soon as possible. The 28 day challenge period commences from receipt on the letter, not Move-In.

Window restrictors in Service Family Accommodation

16/06/16 - Important - Window Safety Check Required

As we approach the warmer months of the year, it is really important to check that the window restrictors in the upstairs of your property are working correctly, especially if you have children.

You can do this by:

  • Engaging the window restrictor (putting the lock/latch on) and trying to fully open the window. The restrictor should only allow the window to be opened a small way

   If you are concerned that your window restrictor is not working correctly please call us on 0800 707 6000 option 1.

If you are moving into your property, your Accommodation Officer will check the window restrictors for you and show you how they work.
